Ingredients: Pear, sugar, ginger. Prepared with 65 gr of fruit for 100 gr.
Total sugar content at the end of cooking (natural sugars brought by the fruit and sugar beet sugar from Alsace): 65 gr for 100 gr.
Store in a cool place after opening. To consume preferably before (date indicated on the pot).

It is in 1985 that Fabrice Krencker created an individual company registered with the Chamber of Trades of Alsace in Strasbourg.
