Brewed from barley malt and wheat malt, this beer with a slightly milky appearance is soft in the mouth. The citrus fruit flavors give it a refreshing acidic touch.

A blend of roasted malts gives this beer a beautiful amber color with golden highlights.

A deep amber color with copper highlights for a beer with complex flavors and full-bodied aromas with creamy foam, unctuous with slightly caramelized notes augurs of nectars rich in roundness.

Since 2001, the Brasserie Artisanale of Saint-Pierre has been brewing its beers in the heart of Alsace using exclusively Alsace hops, pure barley malt and Saint-Pierre water, which has a spring water quality. Our beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and from a refermentation in the bottle.
