Beer has the golden color a little cloudy with a light and creamy foam.

A light yeast nose with a sweet note of honey and a slightly acidic taste of lemon.

Since 2001, the Brasserie Artisanale of Saint-Pierre has been brewing its beers in the heart of Alsace using exclusively Alsace hops, pure barley malt and Saint-Pierre water, which has a spring water quality. Our beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and from a refermentation in the bottle.
