Crunch in a slice of bilberry and raspberry jam… and you will have the extraordinary feeling of having breakfast in the middle of an Alsatian forest!

Ingredients: Raspberry, wild bilberry, sugar. Prepared with 56 gr of fruit for 100 gr.

Total sugar content at the end of cooking (natural sugars brought by the fruit and sugar beet sugar from Alsace): 65 gr for 100 gr.

Store in a cool place after opening. To consume preferably before (date indicated on the pot).

Les Confitures du Climont - An artisanal production for more than 30 years.

It is in 1985 that Fabrice Krencker created an individual company registered with the Chamber of Trades of Alsace in Strasbourg. Passionate about jams from a very young age, then encouraged by his friends, at the end of 1984, the former teacher who lived in the former forest house of La Salcée, transformed the vaulted cellar of 12 m² into a laboratory for making jams and jellies. First aluminium pan and skimmer cooking.

Today - Les Confitures du Climont - manufactures 40 kinds of jams and jellies according to recipes perpetuated by tradition (fruit and sugar only, no gelling, no preservative), with a manufacturing technique unique in France. Each year, Les Confitures du Climont produce more than 40 tons of jams and jellies.
