Honey Heart 250 gr - FORTWENGER.

Ingrédients : Glucose-fructose syrup, rye flour, honey 15 %, pearl sugar 12 % (sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm), potato starch), sugar, baking powder (sodium carbonates), spices and flavorings.

Allergènes : Gluten. May contain traces of nuts and milk.

It was in 1768 that the young Charles Fortwenger, master baker, opened his workshop in Gertwiller to make his tasty gingerbread. Two centuries later, the famous Fortwenger gingerbread are still made in the respect of tradition as their founder wished: quality ingredients, a zest of delicacy and a good dose of know-how!

Preparation of the mother dough, filling of the moulds, baking or even decoration by hand with sugar colored: so many steps that require skill and love of the craft.
