A beer with a veiled dress and generous foam with fruity flavors of mirabelles, very fragrant. A light note of cereals and yeast, very sweet in bitterness.

Flavored with natural Mirabelle extracts, this beer takes us to the orchard. Acidulous and refreshing, it quenches our thirst and leaves delicate aromas in the mouth.

Since 2001, the Brasserie Artisanale of Saint-Pierre has been brewing its beers in the heart of Alsace using exclusively Alsace hops, pure barley malt and Saint-Pierre water, which has a spring water quality. Our beers are unfiltered, unpasteurized and from a refermentation in the bottle.
