Mini Stollen Orange & Chocolate Chips 200 gr - FORTWENGER.

Ingrédients : wheat flour, orange chips 15.2 % (concentrated apple puree, concentrated apple juice, concentrated orange juice 1.6 %, gelling agent: pectin, citrus fibers), butter (milk), sugar, chocolate chips 9.1 % (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier : emulsifier: soya lecithin; vanilline), eggs, white almond powder, fruit alcohol (2.4% vol.), candied orange paste 4.8 % (orange peel 2.6 %, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose, preservatives: potassium orbit, sulfur dioxide, acidity regulator: citric acid), invert sugar syrup, raising agent (di-sodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate acids), vegetable oils (rapeseed, sunflower), humectant: sorbitol; coloring: turmeric.

Allergens: Gluten, milk, soy, eggs, nuts, sulfites. May contain traces of sesame seeds, peanuts, lupine, and other nuts.

It was in 1768 that the young Charles Fortwenger, master baker, opened his workshop in Gertwiller to make his tasty gingerbread. Two centuries later, the famous Fortwenger gingerbread are still made in the respect of tradition as their founder wished: quality ingredients, a zest of delicacy and a good dose of know-how!

Preparation of the mother dough, filling of the moulds, baking or even decoration by hand with sugar colored: so many steps that require skill and love of the craft.
